AIRCRAFT SALES Aircraft Market Research Specialist
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with work required outside of normal working hours.
Travel Requirements: Extensive domestic and international travel may be required. Travel may be frequent and, at times, required on short notice to support client meetings, aircraft transactions, industry events, and business development efforts.

Job Description
The Aircraft Market Research Specialist is a pivotal role supporting aircraft sales and acquisitions through detailed market analysis and actionable insights. This position involves tracking aircraft trends, evaluating pricing, and identifying opportunities to enhance Eagle Aviation’s competitive edge. Success in this role depends on proactive research, collaboration with sales teams, and staying ahead of market dynamics.
Key Responsibilites
- Conduct detailed research to identify aircraft market trends, including pricing, inventory, demand, and historical transaction data.
- Create and maintain databases of aircraft listings, completed transactions, and competitive intelligence to support sales efforts.
- Monitor industry news, economic indicators, and regulatory changes impacting the aviation market.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to identify and evaluate potential opportunities for client acquisitions and sales.
- Provide detailed market intelligence reports, including competitor analysis, to inform sales strategy and decision-making.
- Develop client-specific research tailored to their needs, such as aircraft valuation reports, market comparisons, and trend analysis.
- Proactively research and identify prospective buyers and sellers using industry tools like JetNet, FlightAware, and other market platforms.
- Partner with marketing teams to develop data-driven campaigns targeting specific market segments or aircraft types.
- Present findings in concise, professional reports and presentations for internal and client use.
- Assist with pre-purchase evaluations by gathering data on aircraft specifications, maintenance history, and market positioning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, aviation, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and market research tools.
- Knowledge of the aviation industry, including aircraft types, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM software and data visualization tools is a plus.
Compliance
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to pass drug screening and TSA background screening.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation.
