AIRCRAFT SALES Aircraft Sales & Acquisitions Representative
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with work required outside of normal working hours.
Travel Requirements: Extensive domestic and international travel may be required. Travel may be frequent and, at times, required on short notice to support client meetings, aircraft transactions, industry events, and business development efforts.

Job Description
The Aircraft Sales & Acquisitions Representative is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing aircraft sales and acquisition opportunities. This role includes maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions for buying, selling, or exchanging aircraft. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, deep aviation market knowledge, and a passion for building long-term partnerships with clients.
Key Responsibilites
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to identify and engage prospective clients in the aviation market.
- Actively prospect for new leads through networking events, industry conferences, cold calling, and leveraging professional relationships.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of buyers and sellers, ensuring regular follow-ups and relationship nurturing.
- Identify aircraft acquisition opportunities by monitoring market trends, aircraft listings, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless service, including maintenance, completions, and customer support teams.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to industry regulations.
- Provide ongoing consultation to clients regarding market conditions, aircraft valuations, and ownership considerations.
- Represent Eagle Aviation at industry events, trade shows, and professional gatherings to expand brand visibility and generate leads.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Stay informed about competitors and market conditions to anticipate client needs and remain competitive.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in aviation sales, aircraft brokerage, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of aircraft types, aviation markets, and industry regulations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and market research tools.
Compliance
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to pass drug screening and TSA background screening.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation.
