Job Description
Eagle Aviation is seeking an experienced and motivated A&P Technician to join our maintenance team. This role is responsible for performing routine and non-routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on general and corporate aviation aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and Eagle Aviation procedures.

Key Responsibilites
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on general and corporate aircraft
- Troubleshoot discrepancies and determine corrective actions for mechanical issues
- Conduct airframe and powerplant inspections per manufacturer and FAA standards
- Maintain accurate and timely maintenance records and documentation
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and parts in accordance with safety protocols
- Work with the Parts Department to requisition parts and materials as needed
- Coordinate with other departments including avionics and completions to support aircraft service needs
- Stay up to date with changes in FAA regulations and service bulletins
Job Requirements
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
- Minimum 2 years of general aviation maintenance experience preferred
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Proficient in the use of tools, diagnostic equipment, and ground support equipment
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and delivering quality service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compliance
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to pass drug screening and TSA background screening.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation.
