Job Description
Eagle Aviation is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to support front desk operations at our KCAE location. The CSR plays a critical role in delivering friendly, efficient, and professional service to pilots, passengers, and flight crews. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, processing transactions, and communicating with incoming aircraft. This front-line position is ideal for personable, dependable individuals who thrive in a customer-facing role. No aviation experience required—we will train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilites
- Greet and assist pilots, passengers, and flight departments
- Make car rental, hotel, and ground transportation arrangements
- Coordinate and place in-flight catering orders
- Communicate via radio with incoming aircraft
- Take and manage fuel orders
- Process invoices and handle credit card transactions
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment
Job Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
- Must be available to work weekends
- No aviation experience necessary—training will be provided
Compliance
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass drug screening and TSA background screening
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
