Job Description

Eagle Aviation is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to support front desk operations at our KCAE location. The CSR plays a critical role in delivering friendly, efficient, and professional service to pilots, passengers, and flight crews. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, processing transactions, and communicating with incoming aircraft. This front-line position is ideal for personable, dependable individuals who thrive in a customer-facing role. No aviation experience required—we will train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilites
  • Greet and assist pilots, passengers, and flight departments
  • Make car rental, hotel, and ground transportation arrangements
  • Coordinate and place in-flight catering orders
  • Communicate via radio with incoming aircraft
  • Take and manage fuel orders
  • Process invoices and handle credit card transactions
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment
Job Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
  • Must be available to work weekends
  • No aviation experience necessary—training will be provided
Compliance
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to pass drug screening and TSA background screening
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
