Job Description

Eagle Aviation is seeking a Parts Specialist to support the daily operations of our Parts Department. This role works closely with the Parts Supervisor, Parts Administrator, maintenance technicians, avionics technicians, vendors, and customers to ensure accurate inventory management, timely parts support, and efficient coordination of shipping, receiving, and billing activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Key Responsibilites
  • Process parts paperwork and ensure all items are billed to the appropriate sales orders
  • Support mechanics and avionics technicians with parts requests and sourcing needs
  • Assist with pricing and availability research for maintenance and customer quotes
  • Provide support to both walk-in and telephone customers regarding parts and inventory inquiries
  • Print and distribute daily department reports
  • Maintain accurate and competitive pricing structures for outside parts sales
  • Invoice customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Perform shipping and receiving duties, including package handling and inventory organization
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory tracking procedures established by the Parts Supervisor and Accounting Department
  • Support after-hours callouts when required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the parts warehouse and work areas
Job Requirements
  • Previous experience with parts inventory control or warehouse operations preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately with minimal errors
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling needs, including overtime and on-call support when necessary
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders within a warehouse environment
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and, at times, heavier items with assistance
  • Comfortable working in a parts warehouse and maintenance support environment around aircraft operations
Compliance
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to pass drug screening
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
