Job Description

Eagle Aviation is seeking a professional and safety-focused Pilot to support our charter and managed aircraft operations. This role is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of company and managed aircraft under both Part 91 and Part 135 environments.

The Pilot may serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC) based on qualifications and assignment, supporting both internal flight department operations and contract flying activities. This position requires strong aeronautical decision-making, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a high level of service on every trip.

Key Responsibilites
  • Operate company, managed, and contract aircraft as PIC or SIC in accordance with FAA regulations (Parts 91 and 135) and company procedures.
  • Conduct pre-flight planning, aircraft inspections, and execute all phases of flight with sound aeronautical decision-making.
  • Maintain responsibility for the safety of flight when acting as PIC.
  • Comply with operational control requirements when operating under Part 135.
  • Ensure aircraft readiness and coordinate with maintenance and operations personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records, including flight logs and required documentation.
  • Adhere to all duty, rest, and training requirements.
  • Participate in required training, checking, and standardization programs.
  • Provide a professional and customer-focused experience for passengers and clients. 
Job Requirements
  • FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate (minimum).
  • Appropriate category and class ratings.
  • Current FAA Second-Class Medical Certificate (minimum).
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and operational procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate aircraft safely and professionally.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
  • Type rating.
  • Turbine aircraft experience.
  • Part 135 experience.
  • Managed aircraft experience.
Compliance
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to pass drug screening and TSA background screening
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
