Job Description
Eagle Aviation is seeking a full-time Aircraft Lineman to support ground operations at our KCUB location. The lineman plays a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused ramp operations. Responsibilities include aircraft marshaling, towing, fueling, parking, baggage handling, and customer service support. This hands-on role is ideal for dependable, safety-minded individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being close to the action.
Key Responsibilites

Marshal, park, and tow aircraft safely and efficiently

Refuel aircraft and service ground support equipment

Handle baggage and cargo, ensuring timely and secure loading/unloading

Operate ground support equipment, including tugs, carts, and fuel trucks

Maintain a clean and organized ramp and facility environment

Deliver top-tier customer service to pilots, passengers, and crew

Work outdoors in all weather conditions while upholding safety protocols

Assist with hangar organization and aircraft placement
Job Requirements

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail

Comfortable working in an outdoor, fast-paced environment

Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. unassisted

Experience in line service or fueling is preferred but not required

Clear communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Compliance
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass drug screening and TSA background screening
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
